04. Events Programme
  To give you an idea of the process involved with becoming a franchisee within this leading trash can washing company, we have included a typical events programme.
  • Initial Contact is made with Head Office by the potential franchisee by e-mail, Fax, Letter or Telephone.
  • A Green Cleen Prospectus is sent to you.
  • Initial meeting/demonstration held at Stafford, UK (ideally as soon as possible) where the "Duplex" Bin washer is demonstrated to you and the Business Package is explained in full. No commitment is asked for at this stage as this is for information so NO hard selling is applied.
  • Potential Franchisee decides to proceed and starts to raise the finance.
  • Deposit of $30,000 or hire purchase agreement and $15000 sent to Green Cleen.
  • Second meeting held at Stafford where plans are made for the launch of the business, timescales for the training and Bin washer production is discussed by telephone.
  • After second meeting, or as soon as possible after, Franchisee undertakes a days training in the bespoke Green Cleen computer software package.
  • During the next 8 weeks customer base is produced, Councils contacted, licenses obtained, insurances put in place.
  • Franchise support manager spends 3 days with franchisee as soon as possible to teach sales/marketing techniques and training with the database.
  • Stationery is produced and uniform obtained.
  • Eight weeks later the green cleen trainers go to the states to undertake 3 day training and fitting of the duplex on to franchisee pick up. Training with their white pick up and undergoes three days practical and business training. The vehicle is liveried and the Duplex Bin cleaner fitted. All Bin Cleaning equipment is supplied.
  • Upon successful completion of the training the franchisee is presented with his Health and Safety Training Certificate, and Level 1 Certificate in Trash Can Washing from the NAWBW, also photographs are taken.
  • The Franchisee starts to wash wheeled bins whilst Press Releases are sent out to all local papers.
  • Another successful business and career has been launched.
